Complimentary wellness services are offered to expecting families and families who are in their first year postpartum.  These free services will include massage, womb massage & cesarean scar massage, lactation support, craniosacral and acudetox. From prenatal support to postpartum care, our offerings are crafted with love and tailored to meet your unique needs with providers on site to answer questions and offer resources. 

 

But the Community Wellness Event isn't just about individual well-being—it's about fostering connections and building a stronger, more vibrant community. Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, explore holistic wellness practices, and discover local vendors offering products and services to support your journey. 

 

And let's not forget the fun! There will be plenty of activities and entertainment for children, including games, a bouncy house, face painting and more. While the little ones play, adults can enjoy delicious food and engage in wellness activities and connect with vendors and community.
